Hi, I’m Kevin Rivera.

I didn't start this consulting business to be another "big firm" consultant who shows up once a year. I started it because I saw how much pressure community banks are under—and how hard it is to find high-level GRC expertise that actually fits a local bank’s budget and culture.

I’ve spent the last 6 years working in GRC within financial institutions, most recently serving as a VP Information Security Manager. I know exactly what it’s like to manage a security program when resources are tight and examiners are knocking on the door. I’ve lived through the audits, the policy rewrites, and the vendor reviews, so I don’t just give you advice—I give you solutions that actually work in a real-world bank environment.
